GPU-Z is a lightweight utility designed to give you all information about your video card and GPU. It doesn't even require to be installed, all you have to do is run it. It supports NVIDIA and ATI cards, it will provide you with information about your display adapter, GPU and display. It displays overclock (if applicable), default clocks and 3D clocks. Supports Windows 2000 / XP / Vista / Windows 7 (both x32 and x64 editions are supported).
